Bucky
Bucky is a Thoroughbred gelding in his twenties and an Owner Surrender. He received his name from his adorable buck teeth that do not interfere with his ability to eat or chew his food.
Fiona
This is Fiona who was a surrender Clydesdale. She is a gentle giant and is currently loved every day. Fiona is a great trail horse and is well behaved.
Dakota - Adopted
Dakota was Owner Surrendered. She is a gorgeous well-built 13 year- old Paint mare. She is very well behaved on the ground and being ridden. She bathes, stands well for farrier and she is in great health. Dakota is great on the trails.
Apollo - Adopted
This is an 25 year-old Standardbred gelding. He was surrendered to us from a rescue that was being closed. He recently lost one eye and is still trying to adjust to his loss of vision. He was said to have pulled carts in the past. Good health.
Dreamer & Cash
Dreamer is a 20 plus year-old Appendix gelding and his “Partner” Cash is an older dwarf Mini. They were both obtained from a rescue that was being closed. They are very attached and we would like them to live out the remainder of their lives together. Dreamer has been ridden at the previous rescue. We have never seen a horse as protective of a friend as Dreamer is to Cash.
Hope
Hope is a 11 year-old Standardbred mare that was owner surrendered. Hope was supposed to be euthanized as the owner was moving. We took her and her paddock partner Betty White to their forever homes with us. She has previously pulled a cart on the track. She is very sweet and gets along with everyone in the paddocks.
Anna
Anna is a beautiful 21 year-old 15.3 registered Quarter Horse that was primarily used as a broodmare. She was rescued from a Kill Pen and would make a great companion horse as she gets along with everyone. She was ridden at our rescue by a trainer and was very well behaved although seemed unsure of what he was asking her to do. She can be shy at times only until she feels she can trust you.
